Salvation is the divine freedom from sin to gaining eternal life. In the scriptures, we have learned that unless a man is born of water and spirit, he can not attain the kingdom of God.
(King James Version) John 3:5
“Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.”
This implies that man in his natural form can not be saved except if he is converted into the new and everlasting covenant of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
This article will lead you into the light of the gospel and teach you a divine freedom sermon that will completely change your life. Remember that we are temporarily in this world; no one has ever lived forever on earth because we live to return to our Father in heaven.
However, most people are confused about this saying that we came from heaven to earth and will return to heaven again; it sounds so ridiculous and foolish to many. But I’ll enlighten you a little about this as you read on.
The God we serve is a master planner and full of wisdom; men do not fully comprehend his ways because we are mere mortals, and his glory surpasses all creation. If we are to behold all his glory and fully understand all things, then we will no longer have faith in him or respect his existence.
That is why he has given us the knowledge about many things of his kingdom and still hid many other things from us. However, we are still opportune to know many things about God’s kingdom if we ask… A promise was given to us in Mathew 7:7 “Ask, and it shall be given unto you…Seek, and ye shall find…” Therefore God is ready to reveal more about himself to those willing to know. James 1:5 teaches that anyone who lacks wisdom should ask of God; he giveth liberally to all men.
(King James Version) James 1:5 “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.”
We lived in heaven with God many years before the earth was created. We agreed to come to earth to gain mortal bodies, to be tested, and also gain experiences. We knew that living on earth won’t be easy but would help us exercise our faith in God; we were aware of the plan of salvation and the works of the adversary and also agreed to choose Heavenly Father and return to him.
Great idea, right? But it’s quite unfortunate that God removed this memory from all of us because he wants the great objective of coming to earth achieved. Through modern revelations and the constant, sincere prayers of many Christians in the world today, the Lord has revealed these things to us, so we can be more encouraged to endure in the gospel till the end.
Beloved reader, you are a child of God, and he loves you so much; God does not want to lose any of his creations and beloved children. He has made everything possible for us to return to him through;
- The scriptures
- The commandments
- Revelations & Prophecies
- The Holy Ghost
He passes his message to us by these means mentioned above and by any other means, he decides to use. The purpose is to give us total freedom and less challenging life.
You can only have divine freedom through Jesus Christ. The Bible said he is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6)
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
Those who believe in Jesus Christ shall be saved.
(King James Version) Romans 10: 9 – 10
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.”
In conclusion, there is no other way to get divine freedom except with the Lord Jesus Christ. We need to accept him into our lives so that the power of he’s atonement can always work in our lives. Reading the scriptures and adhering to the principles we learn in them will help us understand the operations of God and receive all the promises he has made to those who choose to follow him.
I know all these written here to be accurate; I hope you’re blessed with all you have learned from this article; thanks for reading, and God bless you!
